At our goal is to keep you happy. All in-stock orders are shipped the same day if received by 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). Orders received after 10:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

Note: Live shipments (Beneficial Insects) are sent separately. Please see specific product pages for shipping schedules.

All online items are shipped via Fed Ex Ground or Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous U.S. states during business hours (M-F). If shipping Fed Ex, please provide your street address as they cannot deliver to a PO box. If faster delivery is required, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day services are available at an extra charge. Please call if Saturday delivery is required.

Tracking Shipments: Once your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent with the order details and a tracking number. You may also Track Your Order by accessing your account and viewing the order status and tracking information.

Note: Online tracking information is NOT available for packages shipped via US Mail.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses will be sent via US Postal Service (Priority Mail). Please select Priority Mail from the shipping options menu located on your shopping cart.

Packages do NOT Ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • 4th of July
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Labor Day
  • President’s Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas

Packaging: If your order shows up in a used box with foam peanuts, don’t be offended. We recycle sturdy boxes, peanuts and newspapers whenever we can to reduce waste.
